Why Is A Radio Station Not Playing?

Most commonly, it’s because the radio station is temporarily off-air, or you may be attempting to tune in to a station that has closed for the time being. If the Radio station is not playing longer than 24 hours, then please report the issue.

You can find the Report Issue option from the full player screen.

Just follow the steps below:

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap on the Radio station
  3. Go to the full player screen by clicking the mini-player at the bottom
  4. From the full player tap on the “3 Dots” in the top right corner
  5. Tap on “Report Issue” and choose from the list an issue you want to report

How To Check Recently Played Radio Stations?

You can find the recently played radio stations from the History list.

Just follow the steps below:

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap on the “Side Bar Menu” and then tap on “History”
  3. Your recently played Radio stations list will open

How To Share The App?

You can easily share the app with your friends and family.
For sharing, you can just tap the “Share” button within the app and share it.

Method – 1

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap on the top “3 Dots” next to the radio station
  3. Tap on the “Share” button
  4. Select your sharing platform

Method – 2

  1. Open the app
  2. Choose the radio station
  3. Go to the full player screen by clicking the mini-player at the bottom
  4. From the full player tap on the “3 Dots” in the top right corner
  5. Tap on the “Share” button
  6. Select your sharing platform

How To Add A Radio Station To Your Favorite List?

You can add the stations you love to the Favorites list for easy access.

Just follow the steps below:

Method – 1

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap on “3 Dots” next to your preferred radio station
  3. Tap add to Favorites

Method – 2

  1. Open the app
  2. Play any Radio station and click on the mini-player at the bottom
  3. From the full player tap on the Heart with a plus symbol to add that radio station to your favorites

How Can I Find A Station?

Just follow the steps below:

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap on the “Search Option” top right corner
  3. Type in the search field the station you are looking for

How To Report An Issue With A Station?

Just follow the steps below:

  1. Open the app
  2. Click on the Radio station
  3. Go to the full player screen by clicking the mini-player
  4. From the full player tap on the “3 Dots” in the top right corner
  5. Tap on “Report Issue” and choose from the list the issue you want to report

How To Set The Sleep Timer?

All you need to do is set the timer to countdown and the music will turn off automatically.

To set the “Sleep Timer” follow the steps below:

Method 1:

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap on the side menu icon in the “Top Left” corner
  3. Tap on the Sleep Timer option
  4. Adjust the time as per your choice
  5. Countdown will start

  1. Open the full-player
  2. Tap on the “Sleep Timer” icon
  3. Adjust the time as per your choice
  4. Countdown will start
